Today Awad Capital announced that, as part of its move to DIFC, an Advisory Board has been formed to assist the company in its growth strategy. The Board is chaired by Dr Nasser Saidi and includes Mr Khamis Buharoon and Mr Khaled Al Mannaei, who are both from the UAE, Mr Fred Aubin from Canada and Mr Omar Al Madhi from Saudi Arabia. In addition, and in keeping with corporate governance best practice, Mr Andrew Gazitua has accepted to join the Board of Awad Capital Ltd. as the Senior Independent Director.
